You can return a product within 14 days after you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return,your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unworn or unused,with tags,and in its original packaging.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will it take to get my money?
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we receive the products,inspect them and confirm that they show no signs of use.
All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with tracking information so we can process the refund.
Attention:The money will be refunded to your account within 5 business days after we receive the return.
Why can't some beauty and health products be returned once you open the item?
Some of our beauty and health products are considered hygiene products.For the safety of all our customers,we do not allow the return of opened products.Other beauty and health product providers have similar policies to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.

My order has been damaged, what should I do?
For the fastest possible resolution,please include photos that show the damaged part of the item.
Photos on a flat surface that clearly show the label and the defect are best.

I no longer have the original packaging, what should I do now?
Unfortunately,we cannot accept returns without the original packaging.We can no longer sell returned items without it.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order,please contact us immediately.We will do our best to accommodate your request,but cancellations cannot be guaranteed if the order has already been processed or shipped.After 30 minutes of placing the order,it may already be in progress,making it difficult to cancel.If cancellation is not possible,you will need to follow our standard return process.
